Our platforms include:

As our ecosystem expands, maintaining accurate, structured, and up-to-date content across all platforms becomes critical.

We are inviting expressions of interest for a Content & Platform Administrator to oversee website updates, listings management, structured announcements, and ongoing content accuracy across our brand ecosystem.

This role is operational, not social media.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating content across all brand websites.

This includes:

  • Publishing company announcements and platform updates

  • Updating RUC provider listings and related data

  • Maintaining pricing tables, comparison entries, and feature summaries

  • Updating company information and brand assets as required

  • Ensuring content consistency across platforms

  • Supporting SEO-aligned content structuring

  • Coordinating with engineering when structural changes are required

  • Reviewing content for clarity, formatting, and accuracy

This role requires precision. Many pages across our ecosystem carry informational or commercial significance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in digital content administration or website management

  • Strong written communication and editing skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Comfort working within CMS or structured content systems

  • Ability to manage structured data and listings accurately

  • Organised and process-driven approach

Highly regarded:

  • Familiarity with SEO principles

  • Experience working with structured data or marketplace-style listings

  • Understanding of New Zealand’s Road User Charges system

  • Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments

You do not need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding basic platform structure.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary depending on experience

  • Flexible working arrangements within NZ

  • Clear pathways for growth as the company scales

  • Staff discounts across all RUC platforms

  • Discounts on RUC purchasing

Our Approach

We value clarity, accuracy, and consistency across our brand ecosystem.

We welcome expressions of interest from candidates who take pride in structured digital environments and disciplined content management.
