RUC Pass - Production & Fulfilment Assistant (EOI – Late 2026)

About the Role

RUC Pass is our physical over-the-counter distribution product within the RUC on Rails brand ecosystem.

We design and print RUC Pass cards in-house. As launch approaches and distribution scales, we will require structured production and fulfilment support to manage volume efficiently and accurately.

We are inviting expressions of interest for a Production & Fulfilment Assistant to support large-scale card printing, packaging, and distribution.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role based in Dunedin.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assisting with in-house printing of RUC Pass cards

• Quality checking printed cards for accuracy and consistency

• Packaging cards for individual customer shipments

• Preparing bulk shipments for retail and distribution partners

• Assembling envelopes and fulfilment materials

• Maintaining organised stock levels of cards and packaging supplies

• Coordinating outgoing shipments with courier providers

• Supporting basic inventory tracking

This role requires precision. Each card represents a revenue-linked product and must be handled accurately.

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with physical production equipment

• Organised and methodical approach

• Reliable and consistent attendance

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy

• Physically comfortable with light production and packaging work

Highly regarded:

• Experience in fulfilment, warehousing, or light manufacturing

• Experience preparing bulk retail shipments

• Basic understanding of inventory management

• Familiarity with handling sensitive printed materials

Due to the nature of the product and revenue linkage, successful applicants will be required to undergo a criminal background check as part of standard onboarding requirements.
